Tapped DraftHouse & Kitchen set to open in Spring, expanding local craft beer scene

Tapped DraftHouse & Kitchen, a locally owned and operated restaurant and bar, could open as soon as May 6, although the grand opening date isn’t finalized. The neighborhood eatery boasts a 50-tap-wall and a menu highlighting American fare and bar bites.

“Just as Fielding’s Wood Grill, Craft Grill and Hubbell & Hudson Kitchen have become community staples, Andrew and Kelsey Neidert hope to establish the same landmark status by merging the classic and contemporary in a comfortable, timeless and effortlessly inviting manner, while filling a void in the area,” said Jordan Fewox, marketing coordinator for Tapped’s grand opening.

At 20444 Kuykendahl Road, just south of the Grand Parkway, Tapped will debut with lunch, happy hour and dinner service in April, looking to serve families in Spring and The Woodlands.

The venue features a dog-friendly patio space offering table seating for 40, plus 55-inch flat screen TVs and games like corn hole and giant jenga.

The 2,400-square-foot indoor dining room an hold 84 patrons. The tap-wall boasts 50 options.

“Our goal is to create a fun, casual and inviting ambiance, somewhere you want to visit repeatedly,” Neidert said. “We designed Tapped with the needs and character of the neighborhood in mind.”
